No refunds or exchanges for weather, incorrect dates, or misunderstanding of show times.  Please make note that the “Event Start Time” is the time that we open the ticket booth, not the start time of the first show. DO NOT purchase a ticket for a day other than the day you intend to come for the shows. If you have a ticket with the incorrect date you will NOT be admitted for the show!!!

Starting August 1, 2023 there will be a credit card surcharge applied to all card purchases.

We are Located ONLY in PENNSYLVANIA.  We do NOT have a location in California.  If you are located in California and purchase tickets for a movie from us, we will not give you a refund as there are no refunds offered.

One ticket per vehicle: each ticket will include all occupants that are age 6 & over.  You will select the number of people over the age of 12 and the number of children 6 – 11.  This is all done on the same ticket.  (example: 1 car: 2 people 12 and over, 2 children 6-11, Total amount to be paid is $30 for this example.)

Our tickets are approved manually after the transaction processes through the bank/credit card company. Please be patient and check with us before you order another set of tickets. You can email us at contact@riversidedrivein.com to verify your tickets or ask questions. We are aware that there have been some issues with the system with saying there is an error and it doesn’t look like the transaction processed, but normally it has.
